Shipping Policy

AUSTRALIA
We offer free shipping via Australia Post's Parcel Post service with tracking on all orders.

INTERNATIONAL
We offer Standard International Shipping via Australia Post. Cost is calculated at the point of checkout.

PRODUCTION TIME
Please note that each pair of custom sneakers is handmade in Sydney.

Production time is usually from 7 - 30 days.

All orders are typically shipped within 30 days from the time you place your order, although often it is shipped much sooner. Occasionally the number of days may increase due to a high volume of sales.

We always make every effort to ship your sneakers as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience.

DELIVERY
Currently, we offer two delivery options via Australia Post.

- Parcel Post (3-5 Business Days from the time we ship your order)
- Express Post (1-2 Business Days from the time we ship your order)

Please note:
The above are the expected or estimated time frames provided by Australia Post. These timeframes should be used as a guide only. Occasionally Australia Post, like any shipping handler, may experience delays. 

DELIVERY TRACKING
Please note:
You will not receive a tracking number once your item is ready to ship (please allow up to 30 days from the time of order). 

​Once your order is packed and ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel via the Australia Post website.

Be sure to check your spam/junk folder for confirmation if you do not find your tracking details in your inbox.
